System Engineer (6 years experience) 

We are looking for a System Engineer who is responsible for the development and maintenance cloud based systems  aimed to resolve issues on cloud based infrastructure. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

This role is suitable for someone with commercial experience on cloud based systems. As part of this role you need to support different cloud systems based on the request and this is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer to involve the design of cloud based systems, fixing issues and resolving technical challenges.  

Your key responsibilities will consist of:

• Monitor and raise issues with support vendor, start and stop servers, basic linux server command line skills (ssh, look at log files/journalctl/dmesg, reboot host).
• Good working knowledge in install patches and security updates on the servers.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory and Group Policy principles. 
• Strong experience with Kubernetes or Docker
• Experience using Python, PowerShell, Jenkins and git
• Good understanding of Routers, Switches, Firewalls to setup systems in the network.
• Good working knowledge on servers, storage and network systems.
• Good working knowledge of cloud technologies including M365 and Azure.
• Good understanding of Agile Development Methodologies such as Kanban/Agile and tools such as Azure DevOps (CI/CD) & AWS platform.
• Developing and documenting the build using OpenShift.

Application Developer (5 years experience) 

We are looking for an Application Developer who is responsible for the development and maintenance of work order management applications.  Aimed to resolve issues as per the client SLA’s on cloud based infrastructure. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different applications which have Single Sign On functionalities . Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

This role is suitable for someone with commercial experience Single Sign On Application on cloud based systems. As part of this role you need to support different applications on cloud based on the request and this is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer to involve the design of applications which can run on cloud based systems, fixing issues and resolving technical challenges.  

Your key responsibilities will consist of:

• Good working knowledge in developing work order management applications which runs on cloud based infrastructure.
• Monitor and improve application enhancements based on the client requirements.
• Fixing the issues and maintenance of applications with Single Sign On functionality.
• Experience using Python, PowerShell, Unix, Linux, Java, WebLogic, Oracle DB, Jira, ITSM, Dynatrace, Jenkins and git.
• Integrating different applications like Consumer Ordering, Service Provisioning, Work Force Management having Single Sign On permissions provided for user’s in Active Directory
• Good working knowledge of cloud technologies including M365 and Azure.
• Good understanding of Agile Development Methodologies such as Kanban/Agile and tools such as Azure DevOps (CI/CD) & AWS platform.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes or Docker.
